Basketball Recap: Kaukauna Takes a Loss

Kaukauna lost against Kimberly back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts took a 49-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kimberly Papermakers. While losing is never fun, the Galloping Ghosts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 120th, while the Papermakers are ranked third).

Kaukauna's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Kimberly, their win was their 21st straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-1.

As of now, neither Kaukauna nor Kimberly have any future games scheduled.
