Basketball Recap: Yukon Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Edmond Memorial, Yukon was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Putnam City Pirates by a score of 56-45. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Millers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.

Kalli Harbeson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 11 on her way to 19 points. Ashley Cox was another key player, putting up 13 points and five rebounds.

Yukon's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Putnam City, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Westmoore the next time they take the court. Putnam City will head out to face Westmoore at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, while Yukon will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
