Soccer Recap: Moravian Academy Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Moravian Academy can now relate to. They fell just short of the Palisades Pirates by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Moravian Academy couldn't quite close it out.

Moravian Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7-1 record this season. As for Palisades, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-1-3.

Moravian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Palisades, they have already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Southern Lehigh on the 15th.
