Tagus Ledgerwood was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Ledgerwood was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Latta entered their tilt with Coleman on Monday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 12-1 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by seven runs or more this season.
The team relied heavily on Landon Fortner, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and one triple. Kane Dildine was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
