Softball Recap: Hempstead Wins Going Away Against Central Springs

Hempstead got themselves on the board against Central Springs on Saturday, but Central Springs never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 10-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Hempstead's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Central Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hempstead will welcome Pleasant Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Central Springs, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against St. Ansgar at 6:00 p.m.
