Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask George Wythe). They claimed a resounding 72-42 win over the Auburn Eagles. The Maroons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 20 points or more this season.

George Wythe's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 24.4 points. As for Auburn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

George Wythe will venture away from home to challenge Narrows at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Narrows will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something George Wythe surely won't give up without a fight. Auburn has already played their next contest (against Rural Retreat), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
