Chisholm had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 36-point drubbing they dealt Stella Maris Academy on Friday. The Bluestreaks claimed a resounding 70-34 victory over Stella Maris Academy. The Bluestreaks not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since December 3, 2024 (when they won 83-31).

Chisholm got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Shea Showalter out in front who shot 62% from the field en route to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daurius Helmer, who posted ten points and three steals.

Chisholm now has a winning record of 2-1.

Chisholm didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-35 defeat against Greenway on the 9th. As for Stella Maris Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on North Woods at 7:15 p.m. on the 15th.
