Clovis West lost 10-3 to Clovis North on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kobe Castellanos made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run.

The victory made it two in a row for Clovis North and bumps their season record up to 19-9. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Clovis West, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-13-1.
