New Prairie had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Mishawaka Cavemen. Adam Martinez was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Coincidentally, New Prairie and Mishawaka will both be playing Trinity Greenlawn the next time they take the pitch. The Cougars will host the Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Cavemen will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
