Carter Killion put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Friday. He struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Killion's strong effort led Fort Bragg over Lower Lake and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
