After a string of four wins, San Diego's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Morse Tigers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-18.

Kimora Banks paced San Diego's offense, picking up six kills. Banks got some help from Samantha Burgin and her 16 assists. Marilyn Daniel controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Morse found their leader in freshman Hailee Divina, who had six digs and four aces. Divina is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last six games she's played. Alivia Rathanasith was another key player, getting 13 digs and two aces.

San Diego's loss dropped their record down to 6-22. As for Morse, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-16.

San Diego has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Crawford on the 16th. As for Morse, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Logan Memorial Education Campus on the 16th.
