Softball Recap: Blountstown Comes Up Short

Blountstown lost against Chiles back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers lost 11-1 to the Timberwolves. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jalynn Copeland made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Blountstown's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Chiles, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Blountstown has already played their next matchup, a 12-2 defeat against Holmes County on the 9th. As for Chiles, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Lincoln on the 10th.
