Softball Recap: Oswego Panthers vs. Yorkville Foxes
Oswego had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Yorkville Foxes with a sharp 9-1 win on Friday. Oswego might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won 14 contests by six runs or more this season.
Rikka Ludvigson was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Marissa Moffett, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Oswego is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 25-9 record this season. As for Yorkville, their loss dropped their record down to 18-18.
As of now, neither Oswego nor Yorkville have any future games scheduled.
