In what's become a running theme this season, Davis gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Wynnewood Savages with a sharp 15-5 win. The victory was nothing new for Davis as they're now sitting on four straight.

Trey Melton and Gage Coppenbarger were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing, Melton pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Meanwhile, Coppenbarger pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. At the plate, Melton scored four runs and stole three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances, while Coppenbarger scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, Jaxon Wright was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

On Wynnewood's side, Blake Holman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs, and a stolen base.
