Softball Recap: Valparaiso Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Valparaiso can now relate to. They fell just short of the Chesterton Trojans by a score of 11-9 on Thursday. The Vikings' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Valparaiso's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for Chesterton, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

As of now, neither Valparaiso nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
