Softball Recap: Onsted Comes Up Short

Madison hit Onsted with a eight-run first inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Wildcats lost 15-4 to the Trojans. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 8-7 to the Trojans when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hannah Hill was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in two of her three plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Onsted now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Madison, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Onsted will head out to challenge Hudson at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Madison, they will take on Hillsdale at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
