Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask San Fernando Valley Academy). They breezed by Bridges Academy to the tune of 106-16 on Thursday. With the Huskies ahead 60-7 at the half, the match was all but over already.

San Fernando Valley Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Blake McLennan led the charge by going 14 of 25 en route to 35 points and eight steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Higgins, who went 10 for 19 on his way to 26 points in addition to seven rebounds and three blocks.

The win (which was San Fernando Valley Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 7-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 54.3 points. As for Bridges Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

San Fernando Valley Academy has already played their next contest (against Monroe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bridges Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
