Dover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bigelow Panthers. One positive for the Pirates, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Dover's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bigelow, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Coming up, Dover will head out on the road to square off against Pottsville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bigelow, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 8-5 win against Woodlawn on the 15th.
