Edmonds-Woodway was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after defeating Meadowdale. The Warriors came in at 20 in the state poll after placing at number 27 last week.

Kamiak's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tyler Becker threw for 159 and 2 touchdowns and Henderson Belk had 119 yards receiving. On the ground Tyler Webley chipped in 93 yards. Webley helped Kamiak's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 28 yards.

Thanks to the talents of Davis Giles and Junior Opoku-Mensah, Edmonds-Woodway has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Giles is tops in the league in passing with 434 yards, while Opoku-Mensah has rushed for 415 yards this season. Kamiak's Belk leads the league in receiving yards with 225 on 9 catches.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when John Gradwohl's team takes on Jackson. At the moment, the Warriors are in first, while the Timberwolves are in fourth.
Edmonds-Woodway and the Mavericks played the closest game in 4A Wesco - South this week, with Edmonds-Woodway eventually emerging with a 20-14 victory. Giles threw for 121 yards during the win.
