Basketball Recap: Hamtramck Takes a Loss

Hamtramck has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 60-48 to the Osborn Knights on Tuesday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cosmos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 47-30 on January 4th.

Hamtramck's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Osborn, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamtramck will challenge Greenhills at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Osborn, they will head out to face off against Communication Media Arts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Osborn knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Communication Media Arts likes a good challenge.
