Saint Mary's Hall found their leader in underclassman Isabella (Beya) Chase, who scored 24 points along with 3 steals. The matchup was Chase's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Sedelia Wilson-larkin was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Hempstead's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Saint Mary's Hall, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-1.
Hempstead will be home for the holidays to greet East Bernard at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Saint Mary's Hall is on the road again on Friday and play against Royal at 12:00 p.m. on December 8th. Royal is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
