Baseball Recap: Greene Central Triumphs

Greene Central saw some tournament action on Monday. They walked away with a 7-2 victory over the Bear Grass Charter Bears. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Greene Central saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Will Radford, who went 3-for-5 with two RBI and one run.

Greene Central's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Bear Grass Charter, with the loss, they broke their 14-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-2.

Greene Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-5 victory against Roanoke Rapids on the 22nd. As for Bear Grass Charter, they will square off against D.H. Conley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
