There's no place like home for Turtle Lake, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Prairie Farm Panthers on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Lakers have posted against the Panthers since September 15, 2022.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-20.

Ava Mau paced Turtle Lake's offense, picking up 11 kills. Mau got some help from Lacey Popenhagen and her 32 assists. Popenhagen was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Turtle Lake is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. As for Prairie Farm, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 16-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Turtle Lake will venture away from home to challenge Shell Lake at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Turtle Lake is facing Shell Lake at the right time seeing as Shell Lake is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Prairie Farm, they will head out to face off against Hudson on Saturday.
