Volleyball Recap: Aloha Warriors vs. Jesuit Crusaders
Aloha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Jesuit Crusaders, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Jesuit got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Addy Azavedo out in front who had eight digs and three aces. Azavedo is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in the last four games she's played dating back to last season.
Aloha's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Jesuit, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aloha will challenge Sunset at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jesuit, they will head out to challenge Mountainside at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
