The biggest upset of the week belonged to Hirschi, who took down 852nd ranked Hirschi, 24-21.
Burkburnett moved up to 860 from 930 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 3A Region I District 5. The Bulldogs climbed the ranks as a result of beating the Huskies 24-21.
Ben Davis and Dillon Gonzales gave Graham a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Davis threw for 177 yards and one touchdown, while Gonzales ran for 124 yards. Davis also contributed to the rushing game with 13 yards on the ground.
Torrance Cooper was the best wideout in the league this week as Hirschi fell to Burkburnett. Cooper tallied three receptions for 67 yards. Queysean Sanders helped Hirschi's passing attack out by catching two balls for 49 yards.
Graham's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Steers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Davis has thrown for 1336 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Bryce Reeves has 32 catches for 442 yards. Gonzales leads the league in rushing with 754 yards.
A big matchup in 3A Region I District 5 this week will be when Iowa Park takes on the Steers. The Hawks are in third place, while Graham is in first place.
Brad Mccoy's team extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Vernon, 34-24. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
