North Michigan Christian Academy is headed into Thursday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. They came up short against Cedarville on Monday, falling 69-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Comets have suffered since January 3rd.

Meanwhile, Brimley blew past St. Ignace, posting a 72-43 win. The Bays have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Brimley's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for North Michigan Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.
