Soccer Recap: Central's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

Central proved they can win big last Friday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mundy's Mill Tigers, sneaking past 3-2.

Central hit Mundy's Mill with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Marli Maxwell, Abbey Morrow, and Kyla Rugato.

Central's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8. As for Mundy's Mill, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Central take on Temple at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mundy's Mill, they will host Lovejoy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
