Basketball Recap: Heritage Christian Eagles vs. New Manna Christian Wind
Heritage Christian couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were outmatched by the New Manna Christian Wind at home and fell 63-24. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 79-41 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.
Micah Wagner had an outrageously good game for New Manna Christian as he made all 7 shots he took racking up 17 points plus three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Garner, who had six points plus three steals.
