River Forest came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Lowell, but Ezra Elenbaum wouldn't allow it. The Lowell Red Devils blew past the River Forest Ingots 61-40 on Thursday thanks in part to Elenbaum, who went 7-for-14 en route to 25 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Lowell now has a winning record of 11-10. As for River Forest, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowell will venture away from home to face off against Kouts at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Kouts knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Lowell likes a good challenge. As for River Forest, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Whiting at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. River Forest is facing Whiting at the right time seeing as Whiting is stuck on a 19-game losing streak.
