After a string of four wins, Randall's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 59-51 to the Canyon Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Eagles are ranked 16th).

Randall's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-10. As for Canyon, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randall will host Pampa at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st. As for Canyon, they will face off against Dumas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
