Softball Game Preview: Torres Toros vs. Delano Tigers

Saturday just wasn't the day for Torres' offense. They came up short against Woodlake on Saturday, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Toros' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Delano had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with an 8-4 victory over McFarland on Saturday. The game was the first time the Tigers have beaten the Cougars on their field since February 22, 2020.

Delano's win bumped their record up to 4-12-1. As for Torres, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-8.
