Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Eric Shim stepped things up a notch to give Temecula Valley the 'W'. Shim scored a run while going 2-for-2, which was good enough to set a new career-high in hits.

Looking ahead, Shim and Temecula Valley will challenge Great Oak at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2021, but likely not for long.
