Goodrich waltzed into their match on Wednesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They blew past the Brandon Blackhawks 11-4. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 10-5 victory on Monday.

Ivan Kosmerick was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Zaiden Hall was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Goodrich's win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.9 runs on average over those games. As for Brandon, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
