Basketball Recap: Oswego Comes Up Short

Oswego was the 31-30 winner over DeKalb when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Oswego Panthers took a 39-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the DeKalb Barbs on Tuesday. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Oswego's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for DeKalb, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Oswego and Aurora East will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Aurora East has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games. As for DeKalb, they will square off against Neuqua Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
