Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Anchorage). They blew past the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears 7-1 on Saturday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 3-0.

West Anchorage hit Juneau-Douglas with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Robinson (2), Luca Driscoll (2), Musa Marrah (2), and Griffin Cain.

West Anchorage has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four contests. Having lost for the first time this season, Juneau-Douglas fell to 5-1-3.

West Anchorage has already played their next game, an 11-1 victory against Eagle River on the 5th. As for Juneau-Douglas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Soldotna on the 8th.
