Softball Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

Skyline lost against Olympus two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost 12-1 to the Titans. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Skyline saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Callie Cundick, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Olympus, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 16-2.

Coming up, Skyline will head out on the road to take on Alta at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Olympus, they will challenge Viewmont at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Vikings have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season.
