The Hilton Head Prep Dolphins will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Charleston Collegiate Sundevils at 7:15 p.m. After the pair made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky.
Hilton Head Prep had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They blew past Northwood Academy 60-36. That looming 60-36 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Hilton Head Prep yet this season.
Hilton Head Prep can attribute much of their success to Brendan Moore, who scored 11 points along with six steals, and Jason Britschge, who scored 16 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Billy Barron was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Meanwhile, Charleston Collegiate can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Holly Hill Academy as Charleston Collegiate made off with a 70-47 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Charleston Collegiate has posted since November 30, 2023.
Hilton Head Prep is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Charleston Collegiate, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.
