Basketball Recap: Abingdon Falcons vs. John Battle Trojans
Make it six blowout wins for the Abingdon Falcons this season. They breezed by John Battle at home to the tune of 62-23 on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for Abingdon who now have five in a row.
Abingdon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for John Battle, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Ridgeview the next time they take the court. John Battle will head out to face Ridgeview at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Abingdon will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
