John Marshall put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past the Landstown Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 67-53. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Justices also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

John Marshall's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Latrell Allmond, who went 9 for 13 on his way to 23 points and seven rebounds. Allmond is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season. Aiden Argabright was another key player, going 5 of 7 on his way to 17 points.

John Marshall was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Landstown only racked up ten assists.

Landstown's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zaevion Cleveland, who posted seven points and five steals. With that strong performance, Cleveland is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Alonzo Martinez, who put up 13 points.

John Marshall's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Landstown, they moved to 4-1 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

John Marshall didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 100-64 win against Westfield on the 13th. As for Landstown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 65-56 victory against Princess Anne on the 13th.
