Recap: Bullock County Hornets vs. Barbour County Jaguars
The Bullock County Hornets won the last time they faced the Barbour County Jaguars, and things went their way on Saturday too. Bullock County blew past Barbour County 74-53.
Bullock County was led to victory by Anthony Simpson and Trevone Palmer. Simpson scored 21 points along with four steals, while Palmer scored 20 points along with six rebounds and five steals. The matchup was Palmer's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Jaden Taylor was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds.
The victory got Bullock County back to even at 8-8. As for Barbour County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
Bullock County will head out on the road to face off against LAMP at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Barbour County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Long at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
