Dayton had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Smith Valley on Tuesday. The Dust Devils blew past the Bulldogs 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21, 27-25.

Dayton got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was ALISI TULIMAFUA-CURRAN out in front who had 13 digs and 12 assists. Those 13 digs gave TULIMAFUA-CURRAN a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of ARACELI ACOSTA, who had 16 digs and four assists.
