Basketball Recap: Park Rapids Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Park Rapids won the last time they faced Hawley and things went their way on Friday too. The Park Rapids Panthers came out on top against the Hawley Nuggets by a score of 58-51. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Park Rapids' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-12. As for Hawley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-18.

Park Rapids and Hawley could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings. Park Rapids (ranked 205th) will meet East Grand Forks (ranked 70th) at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Hawley will challenge Barnesville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday down 171 places (273 vs. 102).
