Panama came tearing into Monday's match with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 69-58 victory over the Wister Wildcats. Given the Razorbacks' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 97th, while the Wildcats are ranked 223rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Panama's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Wister, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.
