Soccer Game Preview: Coventry vs. Hope + How To Watch

The Coventry Oakers will face off against the Hope Blue Wave at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hope took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Coventry, who comes in off a win.

Hope better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Coventry's game on Wednesday is any indication, that's when Coventry really gets things going. The Oakers put the hurt on West Warwick with a sharp 4-1 win. That three goal margin sets a new team best for Coventry this season.

They hit West Warwick with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Anthony Palazzo, Nathan Andre, Aiden Morris, and Cade Nigrelli.

Meanwhile, Hope came up short against Tiverton on Thursday, falling 7-3. The loss continues a trend for Hope in their meetings with Tiverton: they've now lost four in a row.

Coventry's victory bumped their record up to 6-3-5. As for Hope, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-3.
