Basketball Recap: Perry Central's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak at Home

Perry Central entered their match against Tell City on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Perry Central Commodores fell just short of the Tell City Marksmen by a score of 53-50. The Commodores were not able to make up for their defeat to the Marksmen from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Perry Central's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6. As for Tell City, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Perry Central will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Springs Valley at 7:00 p.m. As for Tell City, they will face off against North Posey at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
