Wayne Memorial came into Monday's matchup having lost 16 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Fordson Tractors 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Zebras have posted since April 14th.

Braylon Wright was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Alejandro Quinones, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run. Danny Harris also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.
