Winona had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Aberdeen on Monday. The Tigers blew past the Bulldogs 3-0. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Winona was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-12, 25-13.

Winona's win bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Aberdeen, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Winona beat the Bulldogs by a score of 3-0 later that day.
