Soccer Recap: Waverly Comes Up Short

Waverly lost against Valley back in August of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers fell 3-1 to the Indians. Waverly have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Nathan LeHew, which was the first he's scored this season.

Waverly now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Valley, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

Coming up, Waverly will welcome Portsmouth West at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valley, they will head out to face off against Unioto at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
