Basketball Recap: Juanita's Win Ends 12-Game Losing Streak at Home

Juanita won the last time they faced Cedarcrest and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Juanita Ravens came out on top against the Cedarcrest Red Wolves by a score of 61-54.

Juanita's win ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-9. As for Cedarcrest, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Juanita will challenge North Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Juanita likes a good challenge. As for Cedarcrest, they will be playing at home against Hazen at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Hazen's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
