Basketball Recap: Lighthouse Academy of Fredericksburg Comes Up Short

Lighthouse Academy of Fredericksburg had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell to the Bedford County CIA Agents 42-37.

It was another big night for Silas Gorczyca, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds for Bedford County CIA. Gorczyca has become a key player for Bedford County CIA: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 20 points, but 3-13 otherwise. Blake Brennan was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Bedford County CIA's win bumped their record up to 5-14.

Lighthouse Academy of Fredericksburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bedford County CIA, they will challenge Great Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
